The Aslib-Emerald Award, currently in its sixth year, recognizes the most outstanding contribution to information management good practice published during 2008 in any of the six Aslib-Emerald journals.
The key feature of this award is that the winning paper is decided by Aslib's own Groups and Branches network voting for the paper that, in their opinion, best reflects the aims and objectives of Aslib in bringing cutting edge research and best practice to their profession. Additionally, the paper will be well written and presented, clear and accessible and provide a significant contribution to the body of knowledge.
