What we need and why

Once your article has been accepted, we require you to complete, sign and return a copy of the Journal Article Record form. There is an explanation of the copyright transfer statement in the main copyright policy statement. We cannot publish your paper without the form.

Please ensure that all sections of the Journal Article Record form, particularly author contact details, are completed as fully, accurately and legibly as possible. This is essential for safe delivery of complimentary copies of the journal issue upon publication.

You can use the JAR form continuation sheet if necessary to ensure you provide all author details.
