Extract:	Volumes 19 and 20 address the top issues and trends in special education by providing chapters written by active researchers and practitioners in their respective areas. Volume 19 first delineates traditional topics such as identification, assessment, and labeling by reviewing historical aspects and then discussing current concerns.
