| Extract: | As scholars, we looked at the existing literature on bioterrorism preparedness, attack, and response and concluded that we could make a new set of contributions. Each of the authors challenges were to think outside or beyond the existing paradigm and to contribute their best thinking on the certainty of our uncertain future, which is facing us all. |
