Abstract
Describes the Phosmatt phosphating system, which can be used as a pre‐treatment for the painting, coating or bonding of steel surfaces. Offers great savings in time and space through reducing the normal phosphating process down to a single operation, by simultaneously decreasing, cleaning, etching and phosphating. Outlines the equipment involved and the limitations of the Phosmatt system.
