How to hire employees effectively
Abstract
Provides a nine‐step process for hiring employees. Covers areas such as the job description, the application, advertising, interviewing and testing, references, the offer process and training. Outlines each one and discusses the main issues to consider and areas to avoid. Concludes that hiring requires planning and communication and if handled with care, can be highly productive and rewarding.
