Abstract

Lists out the employer’s seven deadly hiring mistakes in full. Looks also at negligent hiring and retention. Discusses pre‐employment screening, listing out what to look for in an employee’s resumé, and also discusses post‐employment screening, which keeps employers aware of employees’ changing attitudes, etc., thereby avoiding possible pitfalls.
