New developments concerning the discrimination and harassment of gays in the workplace

Abstract

Outlines the position of gays and lesbians in workplace legislation, pointing out the minimal protection they receive. Cites some recent cases and considers the statutes which cover sexual orientation. Covers recent developments within the courts, and concludes that much re‐education is still required.
