Abstract

It’s good to talk. That was the catchy punchline of a hugely successful advertising campaign encouraging people throughout the UK to use their phones more. If you are in business, it is not only good to talk, it is essential, and we are not talking phone calls here, or communications with customers. In companies, and any organization, talking to each other is part of the lifeblood of the business. There is no point having a plan, strategic or any other, if the why, when and how of it all is not communicated to the people who are going to play their part in carrying it out.
