Any Complaints?

Abstract

This article considers the role played by complaints procedures within social services and the NHS and current government proposals for reform. It looks at the impact on complaints procedures of recent legal developments, in particular the implementation of the Human Rights Act and the use of Alternative Dispute Resolution, and recent cases.
