The Gavroche Affair
Abstract
The prosecution of the well‐known Mayfair restaurant, La Gavroche, raised many questions about the manner in which the case was pursued. Proof beyond doubt is essential for successful prosecution. It is essential that comprehensive notes are taken as soon as possible after inspection so that an accurate picture of the facts is recorded for the court case. Evidence must be obtained in a fair and proper manner.
