Management training for Polish managers

Abstract

Reports on the experience of 14 Polish managers undergoing management training in the UK. The two‐stage programme is described. Stage one is a core programme dealing with aspects of British management and for stage two the managers were attached to business schools around the UK. A final assessment is detailed.
