Abstract

A survey on European diversity has been developed and submitted to a group of 32 Italian employees with a university degree, aged in their late 20s to early 30s, from Eni, a largely national, but partly multinational, group of business organisations in the oil and gas market, based in Italy. The survey was administered as part of an activity aimed at exploring the European identity of relatively young professionals. There is an overview of opinions along with a list of responses to the specific questions of the survey.
