Building trust and co‐operation through fair process
Abstract
Proposes that classical economical theory assumes that people, motivated by self‐interest, are more likely to notice the outcome of a situation than the process they went through to achieve it. Spotlights, in a box, Air France and the change initiatives it has taken on board. Concludes, that unless we understand what it is that fair managers do, fair process as a guiding principle within an organization cannot be established.
