Abstract

Purpose

This paper aims to review the latest management developments across the globe and pinpoint practical implications from cutting-edge research and case studies.

Design/methodology/approach

Findings

Spanish researchers conducted a survey of 80 experienced mentees. They identified 27 mentee outcomes in previous research, then narrowed them down into four factors encompassing the most relevant themes.
