Calder Systems has added to its extensive selection of high-pressure water-jetting accessories a new range of rotating nozzles designed particularly for internal pipe-cleaning applications. Addition of the ENZ rotating nozzles is said to add a new dimension to Calder's product range, enabling the company to supply nozzles for surface cleaning and cutting as well as pipeline applications.

Seven different models make up the new ENZ range with applications ranging from relative light flush-out before TV inspection, clearing of domestic waste pipes through to nozzles designed for removal of more dense, rock-hard deposits.

The new range includes a number of models that use a semi-radial jetting action, which is thought to prove ideal where combined deposit removal and flush-out are required. For heavier deposit removal this rotating nozzle range includes Rotoplus, a vibration nozzle, where the rotor of the nozzle is eccentrically supported. This design generates tremendous vibration and pulsating water jets, capable of disintegrating deposits up to 10cm thick.
