Two day international conference on protective coatings, being organised by the PRA in association with the Journal of Protective Coatings & Linings (JPCL). This is the first time for several years that a conference devoted specifically to this topic has been held in Europe. An audience is anticipated of major painting contractors, specialist consultants and end-users, in addition to raw material suppliers and paint manufacturers.
The scope of the conference covers new developments in high performance coatings for the protection of structural steel and concrete, including onshore, offshore and marine applications. The industry faces many technical challenges, in particular to develop coatings compliant with ever stricter environmental and health and safety controls, while maintaining performance standards in frequently demanding situations.
