Coates Screen has announced the addition of CDF/QT-150, -200, -250 micron thick film to its range of Ulano CDF/QT films. The new films are suitable for such applications as high density textile printing and peelable solder masks for electronics (Plate 2). They can be adhered wet, applied using the direct/indirect method, or laminated to produce a wide variety of stencil thicknesses. SBQ-sensitized CDF/QT thick films are fully compatible with existing CDF/QT films and Ulano QTX direct emulsion. CDF/QT thick films (90, 150, 200, 250 µ) are available in custom-cut sheets, while CDF/QT-20 and CDF/QT-50 are available in prepackaged and custom-cut sheets, as well as in rolls.
