With the increasinn demand for large thick panels, ExcelIon has developed the XLP (extra large panel) four-station drilling system. The large panel capability of four stations (36" 6 27") or two stations (36" 6 55"), offers the capability to drill large backplanes without concern about the added weight of the big panels.
The addition of the EFS (electric field sensing) pressure foot provides the capability of drilling deeper into these thick panels (over 0.550" thick) in one operation. ExcelIon Automation's exclusive combination of unique capabilities allows complete large-panel, deep drilling all in one pass.
