The two-pack solder resist Elpemer SD 2463 Flex, green transparent, as well as Elpemer SD 2423 Flex, amber transparent, are photoimageable, highly-flexible and silk-glossy. Owing to their excellent adhesion on flexible base material (for instance, polyimide and polyester film) and outstanding flexibility they are especially suited for application on flexible circuits. Low exposure energy and short exposure times guarantee high productivity. Furthermore, Elpemer SD 2463 Flex and Elpemer SD 2423 Flex are distinguished by their high pencil hardness of 6 H and a high scratch resistance after final cure offering excellent protection, against mechanical damage in handling. The two-pack solder resists of the series Elpemer SD 2463 Flex are compatible with numerous electroless Ni/Au processes and are distinguished by their excellent solder bath resistance.
