Photochemie Group – Press-Release – From Maryanne Paccione Unteraegeri – 3

Unfortunately, my husband Jim Rothstein, (President, owner and CEO of Photochemie Group), had lost his fight against cancer this year, February 16th 2002.

I am now left to carry on as the major shareholder and chairman of the board.

After much consideration, I have agreed to sell the Photochemie-Fela plant in Thundorf to a MBO headed by Mr. Peter Huser as its general manager. This allowed the Unterägeri plant to remain focused in their speciality of quick-turn, prototype and excellent quality.

Therefore, the well-known Photochemie Unterägeri factory, as being one of the leading European quick turn around PCB manufacturers is on its own and aiming higher up. We are located in the small, but beautiful paradise of a village in Unterägeri. The beautiful Aegeri Lake is close by with the mountains scalloped above. We are in the Canton of Zug, served by Zurich airport.

Photochemie is reknown for its quality, excellent customer service and on-time deliveries. Thanks to its exceptionally skilled and devoted employees and management team. The manufacturing of complex multilayer boards with HDI, HF, Impedance Controlled, Blind and Buried vias, embedded technologies, are the main production of this well-equipped and profitable company serving the European Electronic Leaders in all segments of the industry.

I am proud to be a part of this highly competent, highly motivated team.

Best regards
