FlexLink Systems' new F1300 Single Magazine Unloader, part of FlexLink's revolutionary new Genesis line of PCB handling systems, is a compact, price-competitive module designed to unload a magazine of circuit boards into a production line. Simple, robust, and reliable, the F1300 is intended for low-volume environments and is capable of handling one magazine that can be easily accessed from the back of the unit (Plate 3).

There is a lot of sophistication in this little package; it can buffer 50 boards at a pitch of 10 mm (0.394 inch), is fully programmable, and has an independent motor controlled belt section with "open transfer" technology. Its magnetically coupled "break-away" pusher assembly eliminates board damage. The F1300 can accommodate board lengths from 50 to 500 mm (2-20 inch), board widths from 50 to 500 mm (2-20 inch), board thicknesses from 0.1 to 4 mm (0.004-0.16 inch), and maximum board weight of 2.5 kg (5.5 lb).
