Preparing the pinta

Abstract

As with most industries who provide a regular and efficient service, the Dairy Industry is taken very much for granted. The appearance early every morning of fresh, clean milk on doorsteps throughout the country is accepted by everyone as part of daily life. Also the great variety of dairy products which have become available in recent years have been enthusiastically welcomed.
