Back to work: what REPLAN does for women returners

Abstract

The main aim of the Replan programme is to improve, increase and extend educational opportunities for unemployed adults. It is funded by the Department of Education and Science and operates in England and Wales. A significant part of the programme is managed by the National Institute of Adult Continuing Education which coordinates the work of eight regional field officers.
