The evolving role of the private sector in the industrial market in Northern Ireland — A professional's view

Abstract

The previous paper shows how the private sector developer was, until recent times, largely excluded from the Northern Ireland industrial market on account of its inability to match Government incentives. This situation is changing and this paper will describe briefly some recent schemes that demonstrate current activity.
