435,000 SQ. FT OF OFFICE ACCOMMODATION AT ROYAL MINT COURT

Abstract

Further news has been issued about the Royal Mint development in London EC3. A description of the scheme was published in Property Management (1986) Vol 5 No 3. Recently City Developers Ltd and PosTel Property Services, who are developing the site in conjunction with the Crown Estate Commissioners, announced that it was planned to complete the entire site by the end of 1988, with accommodation becoming available in August of that year, to enable tenants to claim a base in the City before space in the area becomes a rarity.
