Success Strategies for Women
Abstract
Women have a greater number of career options now than ever before. However, as women begin to reach the management levels in business organisations, they are experiencing frustration over unexpected discrimination by men. This frustration may lead to counterproductive behaviour as women strive to overcome the problems they encounter. The purpose of this article is to suggest strategies that women may use instead of fighting discrimination in their quest for success. The article is written in a style to address the reader directly.
