The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1970

Abstract

The Minister of Transport, in exercise of his powers under sections 98 and 101(2) of the Road Traffic Act 1960 as respectively amended by sections 16 and 14 of the Vehicle and Driving Licences Act 1969, and under section 113 of the said Act of 1960, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 260(2) of that Act, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
