Holding a successful media event in Russia
Abstract
The paper is based on the author's experience of organising media events for product launches in Russia. After providing a brief introduction to Russian press and broadcast media, the paper gives advice on holding a successful media event in Russia under six headings on: working with suppliers; targeting the appropriate media; choice of venue; the target audience; food and drink; and rehearsal.
