The Last Word: Teamwork

Abstract

You don't have to lead a fighting force on the Iam to understand the value of teamwork. But, like the A‐Team's commander, Col. John “Hannibal” Smith (played by George Peppard), knew well, it's not easy to keep a disparate cast of characters focused on the same goal. Leading a team beyond lip‐service into action can be tougher than knocking down Mr. T. Still, as Col. Smith always said, “I love it when a plan comes together.”
