Abstract
It was easy to get lost trying to scramble around and decide what had to be done first. So we started having meetings, me and a lot of the people I had hired to get us out of this mess. We'd talk about this, we'd talk about that, and then in one meeting Greg Brenneman [Continental Airlines' COO] finally said, “Well, why don't we just stop doing things that lose money?”
