Abstract
Fretwell‐Downing's UNIX‐based library package, Reflexion, now sold and marketed under the Oracle name, is installed in Isle of Wight County Libraries where it is used to service the County's 131,000 population. The functionality of the system is described in the article as well as the County's experiences and future plans.
