Chalk‐adhesion polymer for exterior house paints

Abstract

Rhoplex AC‐64, a new acrylic emulsion vehicle developed by Rohm and Hass, enables paint manufacturers to eliminate alkyd‐modification in water‐based exterior coatings that offer a high degree of adhesion to chalky surfaces.
