Abstract

Economy measures adopted by the construction industry are a major factor behind the recent rise in popularity of single pack polyurethane/zinc dust primers, according to Bayer UK Ltd., Bayer House, Richmond, Surrey. Their Desmodur E type materials are now widely used in moisture‐curing anti‐corrosion systems in applications ranging from maintenance coatings in steelworks to coating the inside surfaces of open goods wagons.
