Marketing anti‐corrosion pigments: no place for amateurs?
Abstract
It is fundamentally necessary that cricket should be free from malice and guile, and it is pleasant to think that the game has become so much of a synonym for all that is true and straight that the expression ‘not cricket’ is frequently used even by the most influential statesmen and newspapers, in discussing a line of policy or conduct which does not appear to come up to the highest form of integrity and honesty. It is difficult to fix a standard, but there is an undoubted understanding that nothing can be tolerated in the game which bears the least sign of chicanery or sharp practice, and we are glad to be able to record that a deviation from this high code is seldom met with.
