Comment

Abstract

Further to our Comment last month on the Unicarb system for reducing volatile organic compounds (VOC) during spraying, we now hear that impending legislation in California is creating serious problems for car refinishing operations in particular. We raise it here because it can be guaranteed that the same problem will have to be faced in Britain and the rest of Europe not far into the 1990's.
