Vauxhall cuts cost of removing waste paint

Abstract

Vehicle manufacturers have an expensive problem: how to dispose of overspray paint from the moment it misses the car body in the spray booth. Vauxhall, in their Cavalier paint plant at Luton, has successfully pioneered a new technique in the UK for overspray paint management, in collaboration with Durr Limited, Warwick.
