Abstract

A further development in ICI's rationalisation of its various coatings interests (in December they sold their aerospace coatings business to Courtaulds) is the news that PPG Industries (U.K.) Ltd., a unit of PPG Industries of the United States, has entered into an agreement to purchase the European coil coatings business of ICI.
