Abstract

Laminates for printed circuit board substrates, based on Bayer Polyurethane's Blendur, have a glass transition temperature of approximately 300°C — claimed as higher than the epoxy resins currently in use. Blendur is a modified polyisocyanate resin, now being more widely used for the production of board substrates.
