Abstract

Three methods are employed to price and sell computer equipment: computer pricing, hardware pricing and system pricing. System pricing includes a complete computer and support hardware system and a relatively complete software package. The advantages of system pricing are detailed. The author's system is described and numerous other “systems” currently available are described and priced. Advice is given for shopping for a system.
