Abstract
State‐run training centres have to overcome some major shortcomings before they can play a full part in the Government's new manpower planning programme, reports Leslie Kenton. While carrying out a valuable service, they are often understaffed, bound by red tape and by‐passing the people who need them most‐redundancy victims.
