Vexation in the ‘Job Court’

Abstract
“Civil courts,” said one lawyer taking a jaundiced look at his profession, “can be likened to a housewife who travels into town because the groceries there are a bit cheaper than the ones at her local shop. She doesn't realise that the cost of the journey often outweighs the price of what is regarded as a good deal.”
