Abstract

Are your sales slipping for no apparent reason? Or do you have that nagging feeling that sales performance — though encouraging — is not as good as it should be? It's only by going out to the market place and asking questions that companies can find out whether they are selling the right product at the right price. And that, explains Jeremy Fowler — deputy chairman of one market research organisation, Business Decisions — is not necessarily as costly or complicated as it sounds.
