Abstract

The necessity of engineering plant inspection by experienced independent engineers is vital if costly and dangerous accidents are to be avoided; management deferring action, and failing to keep pace with new engineering developments, are also contributory factors to general lack of safety. National Vulcan Engineering Insurance has maintained a policy of integrated insurance and inspection, dedicated to the provision of only the highest standards of inspection via a combination of highly trained engineer surveyors backed by full technical resources. The service is continually being extended to satisfy the latest Health and Safety Executive requirements.
