Call for papers
Article Type: Call for papers From: An International Journal Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Volume 30, Issue 3
EDI (formerly Equal Opportunities International) offers a platform for critical and rigorous exploration of equal opportunities concerns including gender, ethnicity, class, disability, age, sexual orientation and religion, as well as other nascent and incipient forms of inequalities in the context of society, organizations and work. Research papers on different diversity categories and diversity management with regard to work-related organizational, economic and political as well as societal concerns are highly welcome.
As a double-blind peer-reviewed journal, EDI seeks to serve as a proverbial bridge across the spectrum of scholarly research, which is allied with equal opportunities, and to facilitate development of the academic field by establishing a dialogue across its methodological, theoretical, applied and philosophical strands.
Intended to be a resource and a forum for those interested in scholarly exchange on equality, diversity and inclusion, the journal publishes original, critical and scholarly papers that make theoretical and methodological contributions to equality, diversity and inclusion issues in their widest sense. Therefore, the journal welcomes both qualitative and quantitative research-based articles, conceptual-theoretical papers, case studies, critical reviews and analyses covering the broad range of equality, diversity and inclusion. It also includes book reviews as well as conference reports.
Aiming at inclusion, EDI also seeks to establish and develop channels of communication with scholars from emerging regions of the world by including their papers which, based on various cultural underpinnings, allow for deeper insights into contextual processes of equality, diversity and inclusion in a globalized world.
