The benefits of writing for Foresight

As Foresight reaches the conclusion of its current volume we'd like to thank you for your contribution and to remind you of the many benefits of publishing your research with Emerald.

You can be assured that the individual performance of your submission is backed up by exceptional company performance. Emerald now supply 97 of the world's top business schools as ranked by the Financial Times. In addition independent research undertaken by Ingenta has shown that Emerald journals are downloaded at least five times more than the industry average. Between January and May 2003 alone our electronic database generated an average of 660,000 downloads per month across 130 journals. Our usage statistics across all subject areas are consistently high so your research reaches the widest possible readership.

Emerald can also claim to be a truly international publisher. The company has over 800 customers worldwide with 90 per cent of subscribers resident outside the UK. This means that your research is being accessed by the highest calibre institutions in your field around the world.

In addition Emerald offers a comprehensive and, we believe, unique range of innovative author services and support to all contributors. The Literati Club is an electronic network of almost 20,000 authors and offers the following benefits:

worldwide. Our aim is to help researchers gain advanced recognition among their peers by publicising their work at the earliest possible opportunity. For further information on this initiative we would be pleased to hear from you at rreditor@emeraldinsight.com
