VEGA Group plc (VEGA) has acquired Skillchange Systems Ltd (Skillchange), one of Europe's leading producers of multimedia training programmes.
VEGA - Europe's largest provider of bespoke computer-based training (CBT) products and services - is currently a market leader in the defence, space and commercial aircraft sectors. Its acquisition of Skillchange Systems is designed to allow VEGA to grow its existing business in the commercial sector.
Skillchange is now placed within VEGA's Commerce and Industry Division, and will be merged with VEGA's existing Commerce and Industry operations, providing office locations in Stevenage and Derby. Skillchange's management team will add experience and depth to the combined organization as they work to rapidly expand VEGA's presence in the commercial market for CBT materials.
