Following last year's resounding success and the ever-growing use of the EFQM excellence model in the public sector, a follow-up conference is scheduled for 7 November 2002. International speakers and participants will share experiences and practical solutions for continuously improving health-care services and working towards excellence.
Interact with the best in healthcare quality and excellence, learn about innovative practices, see the benefits of applying the EFQM excellence model for yourself, hear the energy from the speakers and delegates and feel the enthusiasm for continuous improvement in health. Our confirmed guest speakers include:

Roger Harr, dentist and director of the Operations Centre Zahnarztpraxis in Switzerland – 2001 winner of the EFQM quality award.

Daniel Verscheure, director of PML Consultants, providing support to a vast number of French hospitals and active member of the EFQM Health Sector Group.
- •
Sue Jackson, head of programmes, Centre for Excellence Development and founder-member of the EFQM Health Sector Group.
There will also be other guest speakers who have achieved success with using the EFQM excellence model within the UK and Italy including a representative from the performance development team (the most useful, integrated, time-saving software package for performance managing within the health sector).
The aims of the conference are:
