Adrienne Curry lectures at the University of Stirling in Quality Management and Information/Information Systems Management. Her particular research interests lie in the areas of Service Quality and its measurement in the public sector and in Strategic Information/Communication Management. She publishes frequently in Managing Service Quality and The TQM Magazine. She also publishes in the International Journal of Information Management and in Health Services Management Research
Emma Sinclair was an Honours Management Sciences student at the University of Stirling at the time of the research. Since graduating with a first class honours degree, she has been living and working in Germany.
