Shock: employees want more pay

UK job finders are urging employers to offer more performance related pay deals, claims a survey by analysts from Kelly Services which found that one-third of workers think their productivity would increase if their pay became directly linked to their performance.

This is despite only one in ten of UK employees currently being on performance related pay deals, one of the lowest proportions in Europe.

Across the continent, almost half of Russia’s workers, one quarter of German employees and one in five of Italian job finders all receive their salaries via performance related pay deals.
